Do I pay for addresses that can’t be delivered?
No. We check every address when you add your audience. Rows with no ZIP Code or an undeliverable address are skipped before checkout.
Is postage included in the price?
Yes. Every price on this page covers printing, USPS postage and mailing. Postage is the same at every tier: $0.59 a piece for First-Class, $0.37 for Standard and $0.26 for EDDM Retail.
How long does an ACH transfer take?
A transfer can take a few business days to clear. Printing starts once the funds arrive, so your ship date moves back by the same amount. Prepaid credits pay the moment a campaign sends, so mail never waits on a payment.
Why is there a 500-piece minimum?
Printing and USPS bulk postage are priced for volume. 500 pieces is the smallest run that keeps the all-in price this low, and it’s enough mail to see a real response.
